This 4-year undergraduate programme in Nursing has been designed to train you to think critically and clearly, while being caring, well-disciplined and assertive.
This 2-year postgraduate programme in Nursing will train you to become a Nurse Practitioner, authorised to prescribe drugs, medical equipment atnd therapies.

The minimum age for admission must be 17 years, to be completed by 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
Minimum Education : Intermediate with BiPC or 10+2 passed from a recognized institute with Science, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English with 65% marks at least.
Students should be medically fit.
The M.Sc. Nursing is a two-year postgraduate programme designed to prepare B.Sc. Nurses for advanced clinical practice, leadership, education, and research roles. The curriculum is built on strong scientific foundations and evidence-based practice, enabling nurses to manage complex health conditions and deliver high-quality specialty care across diverse healthcare settings.
Graduates are trained to function as clinical specialists, educators, administrators, and researchers as per statutory council norms. GITAM provides 7500 as stipend every month.

Applicants must possess a registered B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of one-year clinical experience, in any critical care unit.
Must have undergone the B.Sc. Nursing in an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
Must have scored not less than 55% aggregate marks in the B.Sc. (N) program.
Pass in qualifying examination from a recognized central / state University or its equivalent and also rank obtained in GAT (Nursing PG).
